Group Clash Leaves Seven Injured During Immersion Of Ganesh Idol In Bhadrak

Bhadrak: A group clash between two groups during the immersion of the Ganesh idol left seven persons injured at Palia under Tihidi police limits late Wednesday night.

Among the seven injured, the condition of the three is stated to be critical and they have been shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital.

According to sources, a clash broke out between two groups during the immersion of Ganesh idol following an altercation between two groups at Palia village, resulting in a scuffle.

Seven people were injured, with three critically injured being shifted to SCB.

The village is tense following the incident. Three platoons of police forces have been deployed to avoid any untoward incident.
