Konark: Two young women were killed in a lightning strike in the Konark area of Odisha’s Puri district while rearing goat on Sunday.
The deceased have been identified as Saraswati Swayung (18) and Reena Bhoi (45).
According to reports, the incident occurred in the village of Gop village under Dihasahi police limits in Puri district.
The victims were rushed to the Gop health center, but the doctors pronounced them dead on arrival.
