Odisha Raises Additional Casual Leave To 12 Days For Women Employees

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has directed to increase the additional casual leave to 12 days for women employees of the state government.

They can avail of the additional leave along with existing 10 days of Casual Leave (CL) and 5 days of Special CL.

They can avail of these 12 days of additional casual leave one day per month. This additional leave is granted to women due to their menstruation period.

It may be noted that earlier this additional CL was available for 10 days.
