Bhubaneswar: Police recovered the body of an elderly man lying on the road in Birabandha area under Airfield police limits in Bhubaneswar. The victim has been identified as Bauribandhu Behera, a resident of the same area.
According to reports, local residents spotted the body and informed about it late on Tuesday night. From the injury marks on the body, police suspect that the man was murdered and his body dumped on the road. Police suspect that the murder took place late on Tuesday night.
On being informed, a team from the Airfield police station reached the spot, seized the body and sent it to the Capital Hospital for autopsy.
