Burglars Steal 2kg Of Silver, 20g Of Gold From Jewellery Shop In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: A group of burglars stole 2 kg of silver and 20 grams of gold, worth lakhs of rupees, from Subarna Jewellery and Workshop store in Chakeisihani Market under Mancheswar police limits, on Friday.

The shop owner, Brahma Sahoo, reported the incident.

According to reports, the burglars entered the shop by cutting through the front door late at night. They stole gold and silver, and during the robbery, they disabled the CCTV cameras and took the CCTV DVR (Digital Video Recorder) with them.

Acting on a tip-off, Mancheswar police arrived at the scene, reviewed CCTV footage from nearby areas, and launched an investigation into the matter.
