Bhubaneswar: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to visit Odisha for a two-day tour on March 22 and 23 to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for several key projects in the state.
According to official sources, Shah will arrive in Bhubaneswar on March 22, with the details of his itinerary currently being finalized.
During his visit, the Home Minister is expected to lay the foundation stone for multiple significant government initiatives. Among these are ten new fire stations, which will be constructed using funds from the 15th Finance Commission’s upgradation grant.
Additionally, Shah will flag off 25 Rapid Response Vehicles, strategically positioned along major highways to enhance emergency response to road traffic accidents.
Apart from his official engagements, Shah is likely to hold meetings with Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders in the state to discuss organizational matters and strategize for upcoming political developments.
