Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Tuesday decided to form a high-level committee to examine the ongoing issues surrounding the Kotia Gram Panchayat in Koraput district. The decision was made following an in-depth review meeting held here today to assess the current situation in the region.
The committee, to be chaired by Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari, will conduct a comprehensive study of the prevailing conditions in Kotia and submit a detailed report to the Chief Minister. The initiative aims to address longstanding concerns in the panchayat, which has been at the center of administrative and territorial disputes.
