Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi is set to visit Kendrapara district on Monday, marking his first visit to the district since assuming office. The Chief Minister’s visit is expected to be a significant event, with various programs and activities planned during his stay.
According to sources, the district administration is making elaborate preparations for the visit, with a review meeting held on Sunday to discuss the arrangements. The meeting, chaired by Collector Smruti Ranjan Pradhan, was attended by various officials, including MLA Dr. Durga Prasan Nayak, Additional Collector Rabindra Kumar Malik, and Sub-Collector Arun Kumar Nayak.
The Chief Minister will land at the temporary helipad at Kendrapada Autonomous College and will then be escorted to the venue of the Triranga procession. He will participate in the Triranga rally procession from Mausi Maa Temple to Baldevjew Temple. Later, he will offer prayers at Baldevjew Temple and hold a review meeting at Jajang Circle House.
The Chief Minister’s visit is expected to boost the morale of the local population and party workers, who are eagerly awaiting his arrival. The district administration is working tirelessly to ensure that the visit is a success and that the Chief Minister’s programmes are conducted smoothly.
