The survey aims to gather insights on crowd management during large-scale events like the Rath Yatra, which faced challenges during the Gundicha Yatra this year. On that day, crowd management issues led to a stampede near the Mausimaa temple, resulting in some pilgrims and tourists losing their lives. As a result, the administration was more proactive during the Bahuda Yatra and Suna Besha.
