Three Killed In Collision Between Two Motorcycles In Ganjam; CM Majhi Announces Compensation

Bhubaneswar: A tragic road accident claimed the lives of three persons, including a father-son duo, in Ganjam district. The incident occurred near Damdorpalli village under Jarada police limits when two Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycles collided head-on.

The deceased were identified as Dau Goud, his son Sunil Kumar Goud, and Rajesh Panigrahi. Another person sustained critical injuries in the accident and is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital in Patrapur.

Chikiti MLA Manoranjan Dyan Samantaray has expressed grief over the unfortunate incident. He urged the hospital authorities to provide proper medical treatment to the injured person. The MLA also extended his condolences to the bereaved families.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mohan Majhi expressed grief over the shocking accident that claimed three lives. Majhi also announced an ex-gratia of Rs. 4 lakh each from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF) to the next of kin of the deceased.
