Bhubaneswar: Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary Anu Garg on Tuesday chaired a high-level review meeting at the Department of Water Resources (DoWR) to assess the department’s plan expenditure and monitor the progress of key initiatives.
During the meeting with senior officials, Garg emphasized the need to expedite the tender process for new works.
She also reviewed the ongoing progress in the preparation of the Irrigation Master Plan for Odisha, a key document aimed at enhancing irrigation coverage and water resource management across the state.
Additionally, the meeting focused on the implementation of newly launched schemes under the Water Resources Department.
