53 Student Volunteers Join Bhubaneswar Police To Manage Traffic

Bhubaneswar: A total of 53 Student Traffic Volunteers were inducted by the Commissionerate Police on Monday to assist with traffic regulation within the Smart City.

This initiative was undertaken under the guidance of CP Dr. S. S. Dev Datta Singh and the leadership of Addl. CP Narsingha Bhol, DCP Traffic Tapan Mohanty (SAG), and Addl. DCP Ankit Verma.

It aims to support the traffic police, promote civic responsibility among students, and enforce a zero-tolerance policy on traffic violations.

The Commissionerate Police have taken this proactive step to enhance traffic management and encourage community participation in maintaining road discipline.
