Minor Dies Of Snake Bite In Ganjam Village

Bhubaneswar: A class three student died due to a snake bite in Raibandh village under Badagada police station in Ganjam district on Wednesday.

According to reports, the child was bitten by a snake inside his home while sleeping at night. The incident went unnoticed as the rest of the family members were asleep.

It was only in the morning, when the boy was found unresponsive, that he was rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately, doctors declared him brought dead upon arrival.

A pall of gloom has descended over the family and the local community following the unfortunate death.
