Bhubaneswar: BJP’s Odisha state president Manmohan Samal has left for Delhi on Wednesday for a series of meetings with central leaders.
According to sources, Samal’s visit is expected to focus on crucial discussions about the state committee, boards, and corporations. With the Chief Minister also present in Delhi, there are rumours of possible changes in the state cabinet and appointments to key positions.
It is pertinent to mention that CM inaugurated the Odisha Pavilion at SEMICON India 2025 on Tuesday. CM will attend the 56th GST Council meeting on Wednesday and hold consultations with several Union ministers.
Backed by dedicated policies and strategic investments, the state is making a bold pitch to attract global attention at SEMICON India 2025. Encouraged by the Union Cabinet’s approval of Rs 4,000 crore investment in two semiconductor projects in Bhubaneswar last month, Odisha is positioning itself as a hub for semiconductors and advanced electronics.
