Bhubaneswar: A 17-year-old college girl allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself after a dispute with her younger sister over a mobile phone.
The shocking incident took place at Murja Disariguda under Baipariguda block in Koraput district.
According to reports, the victim, a Plus II science student at Mathili college returned from college and was in her room when a quarrel erupted with her younger sister over the mobile phone. After the argument, the younger sister left the room, and she allegedly hanged herself with a scarf.
