Bhubaneswar: On the auspicious occasion of Mahastami of Dussehra, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Deputy Chief Minister KV Singh Deo, and Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik extended their warm greetings and best wishes to the people of the state.
CM Majhi took to social media platform X to wish the people, saying, “Heartiest greetings and congratulations to everyone on the occasion of Maha Ashtami. May Jagat Janani Maa Durga bring happiness and prosperity in everyone’s life.”
Deputy CM Singh Deo also tweeted, “Warm greetings and best wishes to you on the occasion of Durga Ashtami. May Goddess Durga, the mother of the world, grant happiness, peace, fortune, and prosperity to everyone.”
Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik, in a video message, greeted the people on the occasion of Durga Puja and Dussehra, emphasising the message of the victory of truth over untruth.
He urged the people to take the blessings of Mother Durga to strengthen their fight against injustice and oppression. Patnaik said, “Let us take the blessings of Maa Durga to strengthen our fight against injustice and oppression.”
