Bhubaneswar: On the occasion of Global Handwashing Day, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi emphasized the importance of regular handwashing in preventing the spread of diseases.
In a tweet, CM Majhi urged citizens to make handwashing a vital part of their daily routine, highlighting its significance in staying safe from COVID-19, diarrhoea, and pneumonia.
Majhi encouraged people to wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially before and after eating, using the toilet, and caring for a sick person. CM Majhi called upon everyone to work together to promote cleanliness and build a healthy, disease-free Odisha.
