Nuapada By-Poll: 32.51% Turnout By 11 AM, Voting Smooth At 358 Booths

Nuapada: Nuapada registered an encouraging 32.51% voter turnout by 11 AM, up from 14.99% at 9 am, as polling continues smoothly for the Nuapada Assembly by-election.

In the Nuapada Assembly by-poll, early voting trends indicate a modest participation rate, with the district recording a voter turnout of 32.51% as of 11 am, according toper a press release from the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO).

According to sources, polling kicked off smoothly this morning in the high-stakes Nuapada Assembly by-poll, with voters queuing up early to decide the fate of 14 candidates in a triangular contest dominated by BJP’s Jay Dholakia, BJD’s Snehangini Chhuria, and Congress’s Ghasiram Majhi.
