Bhubaneswar: Congress MLA from Bhawanipatna in Kalahandi district Sagar Charan Das has received a death threat from miscreants.
Das stated that the attackers assaulted his Bhawanipatna Zone President, demanding his whereabouts and personal details. When the president refused to comply, the attackers sent a death threat to Das through him.
Das expressed concern over the safety of the public, stating, “If an elected MLA is unsafe in Odisha under the current law & order situation, I worry for the safety of the public.
