New Delhi: Chief Minister Mohan Majhi today visited the ‘Odisha Divas’ event at the ongoing India International Trade Fair (IITF) in New Delhi, where he lauded the state’s progress in various sectors. Majhi praised the Odisha Mandap’s display, showcasing the state’s art, heritage, and culture, including traditional cultural programs, handlooms, handicrafts, and local cuisine.
The Chief Minister highlighted the state’s transformational growth under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, citing significant advancements in education, health, and women empowerment. He mentioned major infrastructure projects, including 15,000 km of world-class roads, new ports, and an international airport at Puri, as part of Vision 2036.
Majhi also emphasised the state’s industrial growth, with investment opportunities worth Rs 17 lakh crore and plans to develop Bhubaneswar as the hub of eastern India. He invited everyone to join the state’s development journey, showcasing Odisha’s progress in art, culture, trade, and industry.
