Bhubaneswar: A thick layer of dense fog blanketed the 13th-century UNESCO World Heritage site on Monday morning, obscuring the iconic Sun Temple from view. The fog, which persisted throughout the morning, disappointed tourists who had travelled from far and wide to witness the temple’s intricate carvings and architectural splendour.
Unfortunately, the foggy conditions made it impossible for visitors to get a glimpse of the temple’s famous sculptures and designs, leaving many feeling frustrated and disappointed.
The usually bustling streets were deserted, with traffic coming to a standstill as drivers struggled to navigate through the thick fog.
