Bhubaneswar: Odisha Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati hosted a dinner in honour of President Droupadi Murmu at Raj Bhavan on Thursday. The First Lady Jayashree Kambhampati, was also present on the occasion.
The elaborate banquet, organised as part of the President’s visit to the state, brought together hundreds of eminent personalities from various fields of public life.
Distinguished guests included Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, accompanied by his wife Dr. Priyanka Marndi; Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan; Union Minister for Tribal Affairs Jual Oram; Speaker of the Odisha Legislative Assembly Surama Padhy; Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida; members of the state cabinet; several MPs and MLAs; senior bureaucrats; and other notable dignitaries.
