Bhubaneswar Airport Authorities Assure Seamless Services Amid Indigo Crisis

Bhubaneswar: Biju Patnaik International Airport is providing seamless services, including food, water, and emergency needs, to affected passengers, informed airport director Prasanna Pradhan while addressing to media over Indigo crisis.

Pradhan held a press meet to address the ongoing crisis and passenger inconvenience. He expressed regret for the difficulties faced by passengers and stated that the airport authorities, Indigo airlines, and CISF are working together to resolve the issue.

Pradhan said, passengers are being informed about flight cancellations, delays, and rescheduling via email, WhatsApp, and the airport’s ‘X’ handle. The airport is providing seamless services, including food, water, and emergency needs, to affected passengers.

The airport control room is operational 24/7, providing information on flight schedules, cancellations, and delays. Passengers can dial the helpline number ‘8280749239’ for assistance.

Pradhan assured that efforts are being made to resolve the Indigo crisis soon and provide a hassle-free experience for passengers. The airport staff are cooperating with passengers to address issues, including money refunds and luggage problems.

The director appealed to passengers to contact the control room for any queries or concerns, adding that operations at the airport are running smoothly, with dedicated teams ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all.
