Bhubaneswar: Celebrating the spirit of Christmas through intricate art, miniature artist L Ishwar Rao from Jatni in Khordha district, has once again showcased his creativity by crafting a tiny Santa Claus inside a bottle to mark Christmas Day.
Continuing a tradition he follows every year, Ishwar Rao created a four-inch Santa Claus made of clay and placed it inside a 750 ml bottle. The unique artwork, completed over a period of five days, reflects the artist’s patience and precision. He used materials such as clay, glitter paper, thread and cotton to bring the miniature Santa to life within the confined space of the bottle.
Speaking about his creation, the artist said the work is not just a display of craftsmanship but also a heartfelt message for the festive season. Through his art, he extended Christmas greetings to people and expressed his hope for peace across the world. He prayed for harmony among nations and an end to conflicts, dedicating the message to Lord Jesus.
Ishwar Rao’s miniature creation has drawn attention for its originality and the powerful message it carries, highlighting how art can serve as a medium for spreading goodwill, peace and festive cheer.
