Bhubaneswar: Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida announced on Tuesday that financial support under the Subhadra Yojana will be credited to beneficiaries’ bank accounts by January 18.
A total of 4,57,681 women are set to receive assistance, with Rs 250 crore being transferred in this phase.
The beneficiaries include 1,78,398 new recipients who will get the first installment, and 2,55,265 women previously excluded from earlier instalments, who will now receive both installments together. Additionally, 24,018 women were added to the list after grievance redressal.
“Subhadra Yojana beneficiaries will receive the money by January 18… Around 4,57,000 new beneficiaries will receive the amount,” Parida said. Pending installments will be cleared at once, while new beneficiaries will get one installment.
