Six Odisha Districts Likely To Experience Cold Wave Conditions Tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department issued a yellow warning for several Odisha districts for cold wave conditions tomorrow.

According to the mid-day bulletin of IMD, cold wave conditions are likely to prevail in Cuttack, Khordha, Jagatsinghpur, Dhenkanal, Angul and Jharsuguda districts tomorrow.

For January 16, the IMD extends its warning to Kendrapada, Keonjhar, Kandhamal, Sonepur, Sundergarh, and Jharsuguda. The IMD has issued yellow warnings to these districts.

“Cold wave conditions are likely to prevail in isolated pockets over districts of Bhadrak, Cuttack, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Khordha, Dhenkanal, Angul, Keonjhar, Kandhamal, Sonepur, Sundergarh & Jharsuguda”, read the IMD prediction for January 17. These districts have been issued a yellow warning.
