Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Sunday attended the Prime Minister’s Mann Ki Baat programme along with school students and local residents at Raj Bhavan Government Upper Primary School in the state capital.
The broadcast marked the 130th episode of Mann Ki Baat. During the programme, the Chief Minister interacted with students and explained the objectives and inspirational elements of the Prime Minister’s initiative. He highlighted India’s progress in the startup ecosystem and encouraged students to focus on innovation and creativity.
CM Majhi also held discussions with the students on the key ideas shared by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the address, emphasising the importance of innovation, quality, and civic responsibility.
As the day coincided with National Voters’ Day, the Prime Minister urged young citizens to enrol themselves in the electoral rolls and actively participate in the democratic process. He further stressed the need to prioritise quality in industry and startups, promote cleanliness, and enhance awareness about environmental pollution.
Through Mann Ki Baat, the Prime Minister continues to engage with citizens by highlighting grassroots success stories and innovative efforts across the country.
The programme was attended by Ekamra Bhubaneswar MLA Babu Singh, Chikiti MLA Manoranjan Dyan Samantara, social worker Jagannath Pradhan, senior leaders, and a large number of local residents.
