Bhubaneswar: In a landmark development for Odisha tourism, Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida on Sunday inaugurated the state’s first two luxury caravans.
Taking to social media platform X, Parida said, “On the auspicious occasion of ‘Magha Saptami’, two luxury caravans have been launched for the first time in Odisha. Equipped with world-class facilities, these caravans will enhance the experience of tourists, making visits to Odisha more attractive and memorable. This is a historic day for Odisha tourism.”
The launch event was attended by Director of Tourism Deepankar Mohapatra, senior officials from the Tourism Department, CMD of Vikash Eco Resort V. Srinivas, CMD of Vidya Vikash Group G. Bhaskar Rao, and the staff of Vidya Vikash Group.
The introduction of these caravans is expected to boost Odisha’s tourism appeal, offering visitors a unique travel experience combining comfort and luxury.
