Bhubaneswar: The first National Lok Adalat of the year will take place on March 14 at all trial courts in Khordha district, including Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Banpur, Chilika, Tangi, Jatani, and Begunia.
The Lok Adalat aims to resolve pending cases through mutual consent, covering a range of issues such as criminal cases, cheque bounce, bank loans, revenue disputes, and marital disputes, among others.
The Lok Adalat offers several benefits, including no financial expenditure for case resolution, final and binding judgments, and refund of court fees for resolved cases. The public is encouraged to utilize this opportunity to resolve long-pending cases efficiently.
Those interested can file their cases and contact the Divisional Court or nearest Legal Services Authority for more information.
