Bhubaneswar: A gruesome road accident claimed the lives of three youths on a bike near Anantapur Square under Pahala police limits on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar in the wee hours of Saturday.
The identities of the victims are yet to be ascertained.
According to reports, the trio was on their way to Niali when the accident occurred. The bike was severely damaged, and the three occupants were killed on the spot.
Upon being informed, a police team rushed to the accident site and sent the bodies to Capital Hospital for post-mortem.
Meanwhile, police are trying to identify the victims through the bike’s registration number and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
