Majhi praised the team’s remarkable grit and brilliance, saying the victory has filled every Indian heart with immense pride and joy. “Well played, champions.” he wrote on his X handle, cheering every run and celebrating the moment.
India defeated New Zealand by 96 runs in the final match, becoming the first team to successfully defend the T20 World Cup title and the first host nation to win the trophy. The team, led by Suryakumar Yadav, showcased exceptional skills, determination, and teamwork throughout the tournament.
