Puri: Newly elected Rajya Sabha MP Dilip Ray visited Shree Jagannath Temple in Puri on Tuesday and offered prayers to Lord Jagannath following his victory in the Rajya Sabha elections.

Speaking to media persons, Ray expressed gratitude to the sibling deities for giving him strength, patience, and courage to work for the welfare of the people of Odisha.

He stated that he was confident of winning the election and had begun preparations nearly two months in advance, which ultimately yielded positive results.
