Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow warning for several districts in Odisha predicting light rain or thunderstorms with lightning and gusty winds (30-40 kmph) within the next three hours.
As per IMD’s nowcast warning issued by the IMD at 7:10 am, ,Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Khorda, and Jajpur
Residents are advised to monitor weather updates and be prepared to move to safer areas to avoid lightning strikes
