Bhubaneswar: The second phase of induction training for Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) appointed in government higher secondary schools and upgraded higher secondary schools across Odisha began at IMAGE, Siripur, under the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), officials said on Tuesday.

Around 120 PGT teachers are participating in the training programme, which aims to orient them on key aspects of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education, and Odisha Education Rules, among other academic and administrative frameworks.
