Sundargarh: Unidentified miscreants fired around five rounds at a truck loaded with chips and fled from the spot in the wee hours of Thursday.
As per reports, the incident occurred near Litibeda Chowk under Kutra Police Station. The truck was carrying chips from Lanjiberna and was heading towards Khatkhur Bahal when the bike-borne miscreants opened fire on the vehicle around 3pm. However, no casualties have been reported so far.
Police have launched an investigation into the matter and are searching for the culprits.
