Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday evening issued a Yellow nowcast warning for Bhubaneswar, forecasting light to moderate rainfall at one or two places in the capital city over the next one to two hours.
According to the Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar, the nowcast warning, issued at 6:05 pm, advises residents to remain alert as weather conditions may change during the period.
The IMD has urged people to keep a close watch on the weather and plan their outdoor activities accordingly. Citizens have also been advised to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety in case of any deterioration in weather conditions.
The Yellow warning indicates the need to remain aware of changing weather conditions, though no severe impact has been forecast.
