Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Monday night issued a Yellow warning for light rain and light thunderstorms in 10 districts of Odisha over the next three hours.
According to the Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar, light rain accompanied by light thunderstorms is likely to occur at one or two places in Anugola, Sambalpur, Kataka, including Kataka city, Khordha, including Bhubaneswar city, Sundargarh, Boudh, Subarnapur, Malkangiri, Debagada and Mayurbhanj.
The IMD has advised people in the affected areas to remain alert, keep a close watch on changing weather conditions and plan their activities accordingly to ensure their safety.
