Puri: Ahead of Bahuda Yatra and Sunabesha 2026, Puri Police have issued a traffic advisory announcing dedicated shuttle services to facilitate movement of devotees across key parking and transit points in the pilgrim town.
As per the advisory, three major shuttle routes will operate for passengers arriving at Talabania, Samanga, and Sterling parking areas.
Passengers coming to Talabania can avail shuttle service from Helipad Chaka to Ram Mandir Chaka via Block Office. The return service will run from Ram MandirSquare to Helipad Chaka via Shreekhestra Colony.
For those parking at Samanga, shuttles will run from Samanga to Shree Setu Overbridge near Matitota via Shreesetu Gate. Another service will operate from Samanga parking to Sterling Chhaka via Mangalagat Square and Omkareshwar Temple.
Return services will also be available from Shree Setu Overbridge to Samanga via Mangalagat Chhaka, and from Sterling Chhaka to Samanga via Omkareshwar Temple and Mangalagat Chhaka.
Passengers parking at Sterling parking place can avail shuttle service from Sterling Chhaka to Light House, and from Light House Chaka back to Sterling Chhaka. Puri Police have urged devotees to use the shuttle services to avoid congestion and ensure smooth traffic flow during the festivities.
