Bhubaneswar: Eminent centenarian freedom fighter and President of the State Freedom Fighters’ Association, Bimbadhar Muduli, passed away on Thursday.
He was 102. Muduli breathed his last while undergoing treatment at SCB Medical College and Hospital.
A native of Kendrapara district, Muduli had played a significant role in the country’s freedom struggle. Recently, he was elected as the President of the State Freedom Fighters’ Association and was actively serving in the position

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi expressed deep grief over the passing away of eminent freedom fighter Bimbadhar Muduli.
In a post, the Chief Minister said he was deeply saddened to hear about the demise of the veteran leader.”His immense contribution to the nation and his selfless service will forever be inscribed in golden letters in our history,” CM Majhi stated
