Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance on Thursday arrested Mausam Behera, former Secretary of Sunamudi Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society and Tamia PACS under Patnagarh ARCS Circle in Balangir district, for allegedly misappropriating Rs 22.19 lakh of society funds.
