Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department has issued a nowcast warning for thunderstorm with lightning and light rain over 11 districts of Odisha in the next three hours.
According to the bulletin released at 1:30 pm today, thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and light rain is likely to occur at one or two places over Malkangiri, Koraput, Ganjam, Gajapati, Puri, Nuapada, Balangir, Anugola, Dhenkanal, Kataka and Khordha districts during the next three hours.
People have been advised to keep a close watch on the weather conditions and take necessary precautions for their safety.
