Puri: International sand artist Manas Kumar Sahu has created a poignant sand animation at his studio in Puri, Odisha, expressing solidarity with people affected by devastating floods in Nepal.
Created in just 15 minutes, the animation carries a message of compassion, unity and humanity, urging people across the world to stand by those facing hardship in the flood-hit neighbouring country.
The artwork conveys the message, “Prayers for Nepal. Come, let us stand together for humanity.”
Through the creative work, Sahu has appealed to the global community to extend prayers, cooperation and humanitarian support to the people affected by the floods.
The sand animation seeks to underline the spirit of humanity transcending borders and encourages people to come together in support of those facing a difficult situation in Nepal.
