Today’s Mann Ki Baat mentioned the history and people’s power of Odisha. The Chief Minister said due to this, the glorious history of Odisha has been revived at the national level.
Along with this, the story of environmental protection and self-reliance of rural women like Maithili Bhuye of Dhodrokusum village near Debrigarh sanctuary has become an example for all. Maithili, who was previously dependent on forests, is today engaged in forest protection work linked to eco-tourism and inspired by her, about 60 women have taken up this path of self-reliance.
