Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a nowcast warning for light to moderate rain accompanied by gusty winds of 30-40 kmph in 12 districts of Odisha in next three hours.
According to the alert issued at 10:20 am today, light to moderate rain with gusty winds is very likely at many places over Sundergada, Nayagada, Puri, Khordha, Kataka (including Kataka City), Jajpur, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Bhadrak, Baleshwar, Mayurbhanj and Kenduring the next three hours.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather for any worsening conditions and plan accordingly for their safety.
