Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Sub-ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has postponed the counselling for choice of post and district for several district cadre posts under CRE-2023(IV).
According to a notice issued on September 28, the counselling scheduled for September 30 for the posts of Revenue Inspector (RI), ICDS Supervisor, Assistant Revenue Inspector (ARI), Amin, and Statistical Field Surveyor (SFS) has been deferred.
The decision has been taken in view of the “Odisha Bandh” called by Naba Nirmana Krushaka Sangathana on September 30. The counselling will now be held on October 6, 2026.
The notification further clarified that candidates whose roll numbers were published in Annexure-XIV of the earlier notice (No. 2796/OSSSC dated September 22, 2026) are required to attend the counselling on the revised date. The intimation letters already downloaded by candidates for September 30 will remain valid for October 6. The time and venue mentioned in the letters will also remain unchanged. All other terms and conditions of the earlier notice remain the same.
