Bollywood Producer Naseer Khan Granted Bail By Orissa High Court In Chit-Fund Scam Case

Bhubaneswar: Bollywood actor and producer Naseer Khan who was arrested in the ‘Fine India’ chit fund scam, today was granted conditional bail by Orissa High Court.

He was lodged in Jharpada special jail in Bhubaneswar.

He allegedly made a film in Bollywood in the chit fund money. Khan was arrested by ED in 2013 in Cuttack.

He was one of the directors of Fine India, a chit fund company that allegedly siphoned off crores of rupees from gullible investors in Balasore.

The company later closed its operations in Balasore.

A visually-impaired Khan had used fraud money in making Bollywood film ‘Shadow’.
