Bhubaneswar: ‘Happiness with no conditions’, said a Twitter user when an adorable picture of a bunch of kids, seemingly underprivileged, posing for a selfie with a slipper went viral on social media. The picture captured by an unknown photographer has taken the micro-blogging site by a storm and has warmed several hearts.

Here are some reactions from B-Town:

Boman Irani- “You’re only as happy as you choose to be”. A saying that holds true for one and all!! And I’m sure this selfie deserves more likes than most.

Atul Kasbekar- I’m sharing this image that came in on text cause d unbridled innocence n joy of these lovely kids moved me n made me smile in equal measure Super image that asks questions If anyone can reliably locate these munchkins n d photog I’d love to personally send them something each.

To Kasbekar’s tweet, Big B Amitabh Bachan replied, ".. with due respect and apology .. i feel this is photoshopped .. notice that the hand that holds the chappal is different than the rest of his body in size .. to his other hand by his side !!". However, photographer Kasbekar said that he had checked with several production houses and the photo was not edited or tweaked in any manner.

Suniel Shetty- "Came across this beauuuuuutiful picture which I had to share . "HAPPINESS " truly a state of mind !!!"

Anupam Kher- "Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out.":) #Attitude #Innocence #HeartWarming #SelfieWithAFootwear."

After the picture was shared by B-Town celebs, Twitterati too jumped on the bandwagon and began a debate on what is true happiness. Some said that the children in the picture had higher frequency of happiness which the common man has lost. ‘Even though the camera is fake the ‘smiles’ are real it’s time we also have Happiness as a Fundamental Right’, said another.

“Snapping some moments don't require expensive gadgets... sometimes just a big heart and some genuine smiles can build a priceless memory too,” many commented.

Someone else rightly pointed out, “When life gives you a slipper, take a selfie.” So, what do you think about the picture?
