BJP Wins Three Out Of Four Assemblies; Cong Wrests Telangana From BRS

Bhubaneswar: The counting of votes to four Assembly seats in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Telangana were completed late on Sunday night and the final results are out. The BJP has succeeded in wresting Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh from its arch rival Congress, while the grand old party of India (Congress) won in Telangana unseating the Bharatiya Rashtra Samity led by KCR.

The final results are as below:

Rajasthan (199 seats)

BJP: 114

Congress: 70

BSP: 02

RLP: 02

Others: 07

Chhattisgarh (90 seats)

BJP: 54

Congress: 34

GGP: 1

CPI: 1

Others: 1

Madhya Pradesh (230 seats)

BJP: 168

Congress: 61

Others: 1

Telangana (119 seats)

Congress: 63

BRS: 40

BJP: 09

AIMIM: 06
