**Bhubaneswar : ** Union minister Babul Supriyo has reacted to the controversy over his name being allegedly dragged in to Rose Valley Chit fund scam by actor-turned-Trinamool MP Tapas Pal.
The latter is in CBI custody for his alleged involvement in the Rose Valley Chit fund scam.
The Bollywood singer and union minister has mentioned in his twitter page that he will soon file defamation case against the TMC MP. “I shall file a defamation case against this Crazy Man. Though I still like 2 believe that he hasn’t said this”, he tweeted.
He further tweeted “I have instructed my lawyers to immediately initiate Defamation case against Taposh & Nandini Paul. He needs to be taught a stringent lesson”.
He said that he has nothing to give to CBI in the case as he had performed as a singer. “Surprisingly I have no information about anyone to give to CBI. I just performed as a singer/actor. NOTHING LESS NOTHING MORE”, Supriyo tweeted.
The actor-politician on Monday said he is innocent and had nothing illegal.
“I have done nothing wrong and I am innocent. I am a straightforward person,” the tainted TMC leader told to reporters here at Capital Hospital after his medical test.
It might be reminded that on Sunday Pal who is in Bhubaneswar under CBI custody had alleged before the media that Union Minister Babul Supriyo is directly involved in the Rose Valley Chitfund Scam.
