Bhubaneswar: India registered 2,067 fresh Covid cases and 40 deaths in the last 24 hours, said the Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare on Wednesday.
With the addition of the new deaths, the toll has reached 5,22,006.
The recovery of 1,547 patients in the last 24 hours has increased the cumulative tally to 4,25,13,248. India’s active caseload is presently at 12,340.
With the administration of 17,23,733 vaccine doses in the last 24 hours, India’s Covid inoculation coverage has reached 1,86,90,56,607 as of Wednesday morning.
